    Great interview. I’m especially interested in the notion of the purchase decision is being a processes and having the right message at the right time. Interest is less difficult to generate than desire. What can a marketer do to help trigger that desire? Strengthen the brand? Have tools to support prospects in understanding their needs at points where they can do something about it every step of the journey?
