    GREAT POST DAVE!

  • Right on DG. It is a quasi-connection and artificial therefore not deep. Those who can create a deep connection — intimacy — will continue to (and always) “win.” Thanks.

  • A wonderful exercise, Dave.

Another proof for why “who” we are is more important than “what” we do, particularly when delivering a service. Product or service, the intercourse is personal; that sets the tone and texture and frames the client experience. The experience relates to how one feels; not merely what one senses.

Dave, as usual thanks for the interesting information and taking the time to recap your meeting. I wish I could of been there! Really good back to basics insights for a modern world. Personal touch and an attitude of gratitude go a long way and as you mentioned. Thanks again and Happy Thanksgiving!
