American Theological Library Association (ATLA) is an association of theological libraries across the world. Its online database of indexed periodicals has no equal.

THE PRESENTING ISSUE

ATLA needed to understand its constituency – those who subscribed to its online database – in order to understand how to market to them.

OUR THINKING

CZ designed and implemented an online instrument to collect the data.

RESULTS

CZ’s analysis uncovered a critical insight about ATLA’s subscribers. The discovery led to a new strategy that resulted in ATLA securing a grant from a major foundation.
