The Morton Arboretum

The Morton Arboretum is dedicated to the preservation and planting of trees. Located in Lisle, IL, its beautifully preserved 1,700 acres lie nestled in Chicago’s suburban sprawl.

THE PRESENTING ISSUE

The Morton Arboretum needed to engage its more than 25,000 members with the mission of the organization.

OUR THINKING

The Morton Arboretum is rich in content, with its many educational offerings and on-site scientists and tree experts. CZ mapped out social strategy – fusing both content and conversation. We created a logo and tagline for the community called Tree Talk, and designed and implemented the web site.

THE RESULTS

The online community has become national and even global in scope, serving to accomplish the Arboretum’s broader vision to promote a greener world.
