	Dave Goetz \| CEO and Founder A North Dakota native, Dave is a pioneer at heart which led him to found CZ in 2000 after 10 years in the publishing industry. He’s known for being a straight-shooter. He asks tough questions, listens carefully, and offers a way forward. Dave is also an accomplished author, best known for his book Death by Suburb.
	Melissa Parks \| Creative Director If you’re in the room with Melissa, be careful; you might unknowingly share sacred information. That’s because she’s always digging with questions. Her boss says she’s a journalist at her core, a skill she’s developed as she has managed the editorial of CZ’s projects.
	Laina Stilwell \| Account Executive We joke that Laina is the Queen of CZ. There’s truth in every joke, and the truth is Laina could lead any corporation. Before joining CZ, Laina had a successful career at GE and Ask Computer. She is a strategist who delights in the details and helping Clients achieve their goals.
	Carol Wood \| Project Manager Rarely do you have a person who is both a quick-starter and a closer. But Carol is both. When given a task, she pursues it thoroughly—with intensity and creativity. Though we shouldn’t be, we’re still surprised by the breakneck speed at which she finishes tasks—and that quality is never compromised.
	Linda Bretz \| Operations Manager When her name is mentioned, Linda always receives whoops of joy; she makes sure we’re paid, after all. But she should receive Standing Os for her dependability and diligence, which keeps CZ Strategy up and running without a hitch.
